At Massage by HML, we strive to provide the highest quality massage therapy services to our valued clients. We are committed to ensuring a relaxing and satisfying experience. However, we maintain a strict No Refund Policy on all services and products.

Deposits and Cancellations

Deposits made for appointments are non-refundable if cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. No-shows may be subject to a full-service charge.

Gift Cards

All gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable.
